HR Consultant
Pay Rate: $40–$50/hour
Hours: Part-time, 5–20 hours per week

Beaird Group helps clients drive efficiency, growth, and profitability through accurate data gathering, thorough analysis, and valuable recommendations. While our consulting team focuses on Project Management, Sales and Marketing, and Human Resources, we’re currently seeking an experienced HR Consultant to support our clients with a wide range of HR needs.

This part-time role is ideal for a self-starter who is both strategic and hands-on—someone who can confidently lead projects from start to finish, manage full client relationships, and deliver impactful HR solutions.

 

Typical responsibilities may include:

·         Leading or supporting employee relations initiatives

·         Providing guidance on compensation benchmarking and strategy

·         Advising on HR policies, procedures, and compliance

·         Supporting talent acquisition and onboarding efforts

·         Assisting with performance management and employee engagement strategies

·         Collaborating with clients to solve complex HR challenges

·         Managing multiple client projects independently and effectively

Skills & Experience Required:

·         Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field

·         8+ years of progressive HR experience

·         Strong knowledge of employee relations and compensation best practices

·         Strategic thinker with a proven ability to manage multiple projects independently

·         Excellent communication with the ability to engage comfortably with all levels of leadership

·         Proven ability to collaborate with others to solve complex HR challenges, including working effectively with internal teams and external partners
